Normally I will provide you with a confirmation number between two to four days.
How will I pay for the accommodation fee?
I use the PayPal Email Payment solution. This means after I receive your confirmation number, I will send you a PayPal Email Payment request form. After payment is received, you will receive your confirmation number and any further instructions.
Is the accommodation fee per week or per person?
The accommodation fee is paid per week, not per person.
What is your refund policy
Are there any other fees from the resort?
In addition to the weekly fee for the accommodation, there is a daily all-inclusive fee per person. This varies between each accommodation option. It includes all meals, meals at specialty restaurants, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. When staying in the Junior Suites, Apartments or Penthouses this fee is $47.50 for adults and $23.75 for children 2-11 years of age. When staying in the Crown Villas this fee is $57.50 for adults and $28.75 for children 3-12 years of age. Children under the age of three do not pay a fee. We will not charge you this fee, you will pay the fee in total directly to the resort upon arrival. If you are staying in a Villa a golf cart is FREE
I can request a villa on the beach for you. As a platinum supreme lifetime member, my request will take priority, but it can not be guaranteed.
How much is the fee to use a golf cart if I am staying in a villa?
Free.
Is the resort on the beach?
The resort is located directly by the Cofresi Beach. The tropical junior suites are closest to the beach, while the apartments, penthouses and villas are just a three minute walk away.
What does the all inclusive fee cover?
The fee covers all meals and drinks at all the resort restaurants and bars, including VIP areas. Drinks are not included at the Lifestyle Disco.
Is there security?
Yes, security is located all over the resort twenty-fours a day.
